My research operates across two interconnected areas: computational approaches to language and form, and design pedagogy in the age of generative AI. Through generative systems, studio-based research, and classroom studies, I examine how rules, tools, and structures shape both visual outcomes and design thinking.

Hangul Unread: Generative Consonant Behaviors
A generative design research project that reframes Hangul consonants as computational agents governed by geometric and behavioral rules. Using custom code in p5.js, the project investigates how attraction, repulsion, density, and spatial structure can produce visual form without linguistic legibility.
